Sophie has a big portrait of herself hanging in her living room. This has got nothing to do with vanity (or so she says). It’s a reminder of her two souls - one Italian, one Senegalese. This funny, friendly lady’s distinguishing feature is her big, ever-changing hair - one day it’s an afro, the next it’s in braids or a head wrap. Sophie styles it according to her mood, convinced that change is the driving force of the world.
Sophie grew up in Turin with her maternal grandparents, who she adores and are the undisputed stars of her Stories. In the evening she hangs out at Qui, a bar she used to work at and that she considers her “secret garden”.
