PRIVACY STATEMENT
Grotto S.p.a.. (subsequently also «Grotto») wishes, in terms of the provisions of art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, containing the so-called personal information protection Code (subsequently also the “Code”), to provide some information about the purpose, manner and sphere of the communication and dissemination of personal information provided voluntarily by the candidate by letter, fax, hand delivery or through the completion of the form and forwarding his/her curriculum to the www.gasjeans.com website. Collection particularly concerns personal information of a common nature which will be processed within the limits of this statement. Should the candidate deem it appropriate, he/she may also supply personal information of a sensitive nature (being, as specified in art. 4, comma 1, letter d of the Code, information which may reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious faith, philosophy or other, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political and union nature, state of health or sexual orientation).   Personal information voluntarily provided by the candidate will be processed in compliance with current laws on the matter.

PURPOSE AND MANNER OF PROCESSING
Personal information is processed for the purpose of selecting candidates for employment at Grotto SpA Italia’s factories and/or the companies controlled by and/or associated with it. The personal information will processed by computerized means or manually by staff expressly appointed for the purpose. 

NATURE OF PROVISION OF THE INFORMATION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Although provision of personal information by the interested party is optional, it is needed by the company for the above-mentioned purpose. Total or partial failure to supply the information would make it impossible to carry out with selection procedure described above.
 
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE INFORMATION
For the purpose of the personnel selection procedure described above, the personal information may be communicated to Grotto S.p.a. (Grotto S.p.a - Via Ponte dei Granatieri 4 - 36010  Chiuppano (VI) ), which is expressly authorized by Grotto to operate in the field of personnel recruitment and selection. In no case will the personal information supplied by candidates be disseminated to other parties.
 
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
We advise you that under art. 7 of the Code, the interested party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence of his/her personal information, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form, indication of its origin, and the purpose and manner of its processing and of the logic applied, of the names of the data controller, the person in charge of processing and of the persons or categories of person to whom the information may be communicated or who may become aware of same in the course of their duties; to have the information up-dated, rectified or added to, cancelled, transformed into anonymous form or the blocking of information processed in violation of the law and the assurance that such operations have been brought to the notice of anyone to whom the information was disclosed. The interested party also has the right to oppose processing of his/her personal information for justified reasons.
